Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, traffic sources, page language and request steps. We do not send form contact details or message text. For analytics-enabled requests, we may link deal stages and recorded payment amounts to the same pseudonymous Analytics browser identifier. Advertising personalization and user-provided-data collection are disabled. You can disable analytics using the control on this privacy page. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Your preference is stored locally in your browser.
Information we collect
We collect the business name, contact details, website and service area you submit, along with the service you select and any message you include. We also record the page, language, service/city context and submission time to understand where a request came from.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, prepare the requested work and reply personally. We may send the owner an internal new-request alert with a request ID; it does not include your submitted contact details. We do not sell personal information or add form submissions to an automated marketing list.
Public business information
Concept previews may use limited public business facts such as company name, city, phone number, rating and review count. Preview facts should be verified before any production launch.
Storage and retention
Request data is stored in systems controlled by Booked Local AI and retained only as needed to manage the request, project or business relationship.
Form drafts and campaign context
This tab can keep a draft for up to 30 minutes during retries and language changes. Consent is not restored; the draft is removed after confirmed submission. With analytics enabled, first and last campaign context for this tab may be saved in our CRM. This does not guarantee attribution of later sales to an advertising session.
Privacy requests
To request access, correction or deletion, use the request form and describe your privacy request. Include a reply contact so we can verify the request.
